Founded by performer and creative director Claudio Medina Jr. after two decades on stages worldwide, Archer’s Stage was born from a commitment to serve the story—not the spotlight. Creative Team

Claudio Medina Jr.

CEO - Creative/Artistic Director

Originally from Argentina, Claudio built an international career as a performer before founding ArcherStage. His stage credits span musicals, plays, and international tours, including The Hunchback of Paris, Puss in Boots, Strawberry Mouth, Colonia, Jesus Christ Superstar, Chess, and Something Wicked. He has toured across Asia, the Caribbean, and Latin America with productions such as Tease, Written in the Stars, Amor Cubano, Epic Rock, CAZAHIT! Live, and Afterglow. He most recently appeared as Lewis in Pippin.

As CEO and Creative Director, Claudio drives the vision, creation, and development of Archer’s Stage bespoke theatrical concepts—immersive, high-impact experiences tailored to diverse venues, audiences, and brands. Known for uniting artistry with strategic leadership, he is building Archer’s Stage into a premier destination for boutique, world-class entertainment.

His mission is not only to create shows but to reshape the way audiences encounter theatre—transforming luxury into emotion and every stage into a home for belonging.

Rodo Santamarina

Choreographer

Originally from Argentina, Rodolfo is a dynamic, multidimensional performer whose artistry spans theatre, television, film, and dance. His career has taken him from national tours of Broadway’s On Your Feet! to acclaimed regional productions including Pretty Woman, West Side Story, Cabaret, In The Heights, Mummy in the Closet: Evita’s Return, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, FAME, and The Littlest Tree.

In Argentina, Rodolfo’s credits include Sugar, El Gran Final, and Disney’s Momentos Mágicos. On screen, he has appeared in Talento Argentino, Susana Giménez, and High School Musical: El Desafío (Argentina & Mexico). As a dancer, he has toured the world with Royal Caribbean and performed with New York City’s Gallento Tango Company, blending technical mastery with an innate sense of cultural rhythm.

At Archer’s Stage, Rodolfo’s artistry is more than performance—it is a bridge between heritage and innovation.Deeply attuned to the rhythms, textures, and emotions at the heart of our work, he embodies the pulse of our vision, transforming every movement and note into an immersive, living experience for our audiences.

Engels Mendez

CFO - Producer

From Dominican Republic to Wall Street, Engels is an International Client Advisor at a global financial institution, advising ultra-high-net-worth families across the US and Latin America  and connecting them with top investment, credit, and planning specialists.

At Archer’s Stage, Engels is not only the Chief Financial Officer but also a Producer—an essential and driving force behind the creation of our next showcase. His strategic insight, network, and creative collaboration ensure that our vision is executed with both artistic brilliance and fiscal responsibility, making him an irreplaceable pillar of our company’s growth and success.

Leandro Nonato

Music Director

From Brazil, Nonato is a São Paulo–born musician whose mastery blends technical precision with an extraordinary emotional ear. Holding a Bachelor of Music in Electric Guitar from Alcântara Machado Faculty of Arts and postgraduate studies in Conducting, Orchestration, and Arrangement, he has built a career that bridges performance, composition, and storytelling.

As a composer, he scored Tanuki Sunset for Rewind Games and the Home Office series on YouTube and Amazon Prime. On stage, he has served as maestro and arranger for Silvio Santos Vem Aí, o Musical, performed in major São Paulo productions including Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812 and Carrossel, o Musical, and toured with the Afro-Brazilian Orchestra Filafro alongside Sandra de Sá and Jair Rodrigues. Under his artist name Nonatomusic, his arrangements and original works have earned praise from Bear McCreary, Cory Barlog, and Gerard Marino.

Nonato’s great taste and intuitive ear allow him to translate emotion into music with precision and depth—shaping each note into a living pulse that elevates our storytelling and makes every performance unforgettable.
